- Contact form data (name, email, message) — provided voluntarily. Purpose: respond to contact requests.

- Resend (email delivery) — US-based, adequate protection via DPA
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, GTM) — only with consent; subject to Standard Contractual Clauses
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (Google, Resend) operate in the United States. Transfers are made on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
